How to make a good cup of tea at home
Boil water and milk together (half and half for a strong cup), add one heaped teaspoon of tea powder per cup and sugar to taste, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until the colour deepens. Strain and serve hot.
For masala tea, simmer a minute longer so the spices release their aroma.
